Mr. Roger L. Leysath, Sr. hold’s a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation with a concentration in Psychology from Cheyney University. Mr. Leysath is a former Georgia State Correction Officer from 1984-1988. Mr. Leysath has worked in the security industry in a number of diverse capacities over the past 18 years. Mr. Leysath was employed as a Georgia State Correction Officer II and was honored as the Officer of the Month while employed as a state official. He was promoted to the rank of sergeant and assigned to the Mental Health Unit. He was also a member of their Special Intelligence Division. Mr. Leysath returned to his home state of Pennsyvania in 1994 and was hired as the Director of Security at Marsam Pharmaceutical, Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ.
While at Marsam, Mr. Leysath developed the Security department of this multi-million dollar manufacturer of class “5” Control Substances. He was also instrumental in the development and establishment of the company’s security policies and procedures that were required by the FDA. These policies and procedures were implemented from the New Jersey corporate office to Arizona and the Manufacturing site in Puerto Rico. Mr. Leysath wrote the Security policy for new hires and developed the violence in the workplace prevention program. Mr. Leysath implemented the Security Officer Training Manual while working closely with the Human Resources department.

Mr. Leysath was responsible for overseeing the annual $100.000.000 budget of this department. Also while being responsible for a workforce of 30 Security officers over a 24-hour work schedule.
Mr. Leysath was given the vision from God to start his own business, combining his experience in the Human Services field and his expertise in the Security Industry. Thus, Leysath Security Consultant Firm, LLC (LSCF) was established in 1999 as your “THINK SECURITY FIRM”. Meaning, we do the thought process regarding your security needs as you concentrate on your business. We make it our business to Protect God’s People and Property. Mr. Leysath feels that we all are God’s Children & Family.
The firm has been contracted as the security provider to various businesses throughout the Philadelphia Region,( i.e. McNally Business Center, One Media Space Corp.- a Sponsor of the 2002 NBA All Star weekend held in Philadelphia, Germantown Community Collaborative Board as a Security Consultant for community events and activities, and other diverse clients in the Philadelphia area).
Roger and Juanita Leysath
Since 1999, the firm has provided security to Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church where the Pastor is Dr. Alyn E. Waller. The firm has helped to develop the security policies and procedures; implementing safety and security measures, providing manpower coverage of armed and unarmed officers for approximately 7,000 worshippers at two locations with over 800 autos on site. Additionally, the firm is contracted with a number of prominent churches and various businesses throughout the Delaware valley.
The firm is a Christian-based, fully licensed and insured company. Mr. Leysath is married to his lovely wife Juanita, his partner in the business.
